Return

You can easily register returns on an order in InStock.

Search for an order in ERP via the Return function that can be returned. Use the scan function to validate that it is the correct item to return.

You can also determine any shipping fees directly from the scanner.

This is how it is done in practice:

  1. Go to Return.

3. Select/scan item to be returned and reason for return.
