Consultant / Advisor – Implementation of InStock WMS

iSYS is experiencing strong growth and is constantly gaining new customers who want our warehouse management system InStock WMS .

To meet demand, we are now strengthening our delivery team and are looking for more skilled consultants who will help implement modern logistics solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for you who have a background in logistics or warehouse operations, and who are also interested in technology, systems and people. iSYS is a stable company with extensive experience in WMS, PIM, integration and EDI.

Job duties

  • Implementation and setup of InStock WMS at new customers

  • Analysis of the customer's logistics processes and routines

  • Configuration of routines, functions and integrations with the customer's OMS

  • User training and support during the startup phase

  • Collaboration with project managers, developers and the customer's organization

  • Contribute to the further development of best practices for inventory management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a lot of energy and wants to work with WMS, warehouse functions and people, so that our deliveries work in a complex, hectic environment.

We would like to consider people who either have:

  • Education in logistics, supply chain or equivalent, or

  • Experience from warehousing and logistics, combined with good technical understanding and a strong motivation to develop further and apply expertise in new contexts.

In addition, we are looking for you who:

  • Interested in IT systems and digitalization of logistics

  • Is structured, solution-oriented and good at collaborating

  • Thrives with customer contact, user training and is flexible

  • Fluent in Norwegian, spoken and written.

Claim

  • Driving license class B

Workplace

The starting point is our office in Horten, but you must be able to be flexible when traveling to our customers.

This is in connection with start-up, training and follow-up.
