Hey'di chooses feed PIM – connects product data to NOBB, Cobuilder and Business Central

Hey'di AS, the manufacturer behind some of the construction industry's most widely used products for flooring, tiles, masonry, concrete and waterproofing, has chosen feed PIM from iSYS.

Now all product information is collected in one place – and automatically sent to NOBB, Cobuilder and Business Central.

The agreement has been signed, the kick-off meeting has been held, and implementation is underway.

For Hey'di, it means the end of manual double registration and scattered product data. For the industry, it means that one of the major Norwegian manufacturers is getting ready for the demands that come with a digital product passport.

Product data is part of the product

Hey'di has produced building products at Frogner in Lillestrøm since 1968. Leveling compounds, tile adhesives, mortars and membranes from Hey'di are used daily by both professionals and private individuals.

For a manufacturer of building products, documentation is not an add-on – it is part of the product. Declarations of performance, safety data sheets, environmental labels and technical characteristics must be correct everywhere the product is displayed. When the same data has to be maintained in ERP, in NOBB, at Cobuilder and in your own channels, it quickly becomes a lot of manual work and a high risk of errors.

A thorough choice

Hey'di contacted iSYS in early 2026, following a recommendation from other partners. What followed was a thorough evaluation: demo of the feed PIM, technical reviews, and a separate assessment from Hey'di's ERP partner.

This confirmed that feed PIM fits right into the integration model Hey'di already uses with other systems: an open and documented REST API, where Business Central itself controls the data flow. After discussion by the board, the choice fell on feed PIM.

One source – all channels

With feed PIM, Hey'di's feed becomes the one truth about the products. Data is enriched once and automatically flows where it needs to:

  • NOBB: NOBB is a built-in module in feed PIM. Synchronization with the NOBB database occurs directly from feed – no detours via ERP.

  • Cobuilder: Through iSYS's standard integration, the feed is connected to Cobuilder, so that Construction Objects and data templates are enriched in the feed and kept in sync.

  • Business Central: Master data such as item numbers, units, item groups and GTINs are retrieved from ERP. Enriched product data – descriptions, properties, translations and media – are returned.

  • breeze: iSYS's integration platform ties it all together, monitors the flows and notifies if something goes wrong.

Ready for digital product passport

The demands for digital documentation of construction products are increasing, and the digital product passport (DPP) is on the way. Hey'di has been clear that they will be prepared.

With the additional module DocPro, Hey'di can generate digital product data sheets, FDV documentation and declarations of performance directly from the data in the feed – when the requirements come, and not after.

From decision to operation

The kick-off meeting was held in October, and the delivery is led by Johannes Heimtun, Customer Success Manager at iSYS. The first phase is about setting up feed and breeze, data model and integrations with Business Central, NOBB and Cobuilder.

Hey'di asked the right questions and did a thorough job before making a decision. That's the type of customer we like best. With NOBB, Cobuilder and Business Central connected to the feed, they get one truth about their products – and they are ready for a digital product passport before it becomes a requirement , says Petter Engebretsen, Sales and Marketing Manager at iSYS.

"We have long spent too much time maintaining the same product data in multiple systems. With feed PIM we gain control over the documentation and a good basis for the requirements that will come ," says Line Greaker, responsible for marketing and environmental documentation at Hey'di.
