About Elis Elektro
Elis Elektro was established in 1945 under the name "Elektrisk Isolasjon AS", with electrical insulation materials as its original focus. As the range grew to include other electrical products, the name was changed to Elis Elektro AS.
Today, they are among the leading suppliers in Norway within cables, cable routing, electrical insulation materials, cable protection and components for power electronics, with products from renowned quality manufacturers in Europe. The customers are mainly installers, manufacturers of electrotechnical products and electrical wholesalers in Norway.

Business NXT → feed: creation and update
The integration creates and updates products in the feed from Business NXT every 30 minutes. The frequency is controlled by Elis Elektro itself in the feed planner, and they can run a sync outside of the setup with "start job" at any time if an update needs to be entered before the next run. If a field value is removed in Business NXT, the corresponding one is removed in the feed. All history is in the change history of the product, so a value that was removed by mistake can be traced back and restored.

Attributes that are maintained only in the feed are imported back into Business NXT via a feed structure. The structure is set up with a search that synchronizes all products of type Product and Variant and omits base products – new products that are created in the feed are thus automatically captured. The export job runs every 15 minutes and, like the import, can be manually overridden by Elis Elektro.

Automatic notification of important changes
In breeze, we monitor selected attributes in Business NXT with webhooks. When these are changed, the Master Data manager at Elis Elektro receives an immediate notification by email with an Excel document attachment for the products in question, and the fields are simultaneously synchronized to the feed.
Full overview with log and reporting
Logs for both import and export are stored and displayed in the feed under Integrations → Jobs for up to one month. Error-free jobs show the number of products imported/exported, and if something goes wrong, you can find the product and cause directly in the log and take corrective action.
