How many orders went through today? Was the product data from ERP transferred last night? Did the packing slip go out to the customer? Did something go wrong, and if so, why? With breeze MCP you can now ask an AI assistant directly and get an answer in seconds.
What is breeze MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely connect to other systems. We can now deliver an MCP connector for the integrations we build for you in breeze, whether it's transferring orders, product data, inventory status, invoices or packing slips. Then the assistant can look at runs, error messages and data across the integrations themselves, and explain what's happening in a language everyone understands.
An example from everyday life
In the example below, there is an order integration between Shopify and Business NXT. The user simply asks, “Did any failed orders show up today?”
What does this mean to you?
Faster response: You get status and error cause without waiting for support
Better understanding: Technical error messages are translated into concrete measures
More self-service: Many discrepancies, such as a missing product or the wrong SKU, can be corrected yourself
Full control: The assistant only sees the integrations you have access to and doesn't do anything without your permission
Do you want to try?
breeze MCP can be set up for both existing and new integrations in breeze.
