AI provides speed – humans provide direction

iSYS has used artificial intelligence to streamline development processes, strengthen the quality of deliveries – and not least make our solutions even smarter for customers. At the same time, the same philosophy is at the heart of it: It is people who create the best solutions, in close collaboration with customers.

AI has come full circle at iSYS. Tools like ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, Cowork and Gemini help increase productivity at every level , says Development Manager Per Åge Sørvik.

He points out that development work in particular has received a significant boost:

Codex and Claude Code help reduce implementation time, automate tasks, and strengthen quality assurance. They also help us find the few bugs that slip through. In addition, Gemini and Cowork make it easier to structure and manage daily tasks, so we can spend more time on what we are truly passionate about – creating great solutions for our customers.

Smarter integrations with AI

AI is not just an internal tool – it is also an important part of the solutions we deliver.

In our integration platform Breeze, we use AI to make integrations both faster and more intelligent. This means, among other things, better data flow management, smarter troubleshooting, and more automated processes.

At the same time, feed PIM is being further developed with AI functionality that opens up new possibilities within product data, structuring and content enrichment. Here, we are continuously working to use AI to create more value and new solutions for our customers.

Free up time for what creates value

The use of AI allows iSYS to work faster and more precisely, while providing increased capacity for dialogue and collaboration.

– We find that AI is primarily a tool that enhances our expertise. When we spend less time on routine tasks, we have more time to understand the customer's needs and develop solutions in close collaboration, says Petter Engebretsen, Sales and Marketing Manager at iSYS.

He emphasizes that the personal approach is still crucial:

– With us, customers should always meet people who listen, challenge and contribute insight. We believe in good conversations, close follow-up and solutions that are developed in collaboration.

Combining technology and proximity

iSYS is now further developing its methodology by combining modern AI tools with its own platforms and established working methods based on close customer dialogue and tailoring.

This provides concrete advantages:
