Ole-Kristian is a master of mapping documents and plays a central role in the dialogue with customers. He is often the first point of contact and acts as both a supervisor and sparring partner. Through structured and safe customer dialogue, he ensures that needs are identified, the right questions are asked and a common understanding is ensured. This leads to the right choices of data sources , channels , triggers and necessary conversions for each individual integration.
