Release Notes v1.15
A brief overview of the most important and largest visible changes in v1.15. In addition, many more minor changes, adjustments and fixes have been made.
Inventory variances and control
Functionality introduced by rolling count has finally taken a step further. A new function has been introduced for Inventory Deviations. This function shows deviations reported by rolling count. A person in charge can thus follow up on the deviations and check-count current inventories.
Goods receipt - Arrival registration
It is now possible to indicate that goods for an order have arrived at the warehouse before actually receiving the goods. This information can be forwarded to ERP so that, for example, the buyer receives information that the order has arrived.
Long-click on the order and enter the number of packages.
Goods receipt - Goods labels for all lines
It is now possible to print an item label for all item lines on an order in one operation.
Select Print product labels… in the menu.
Picking - Creating packages by collective picking
Some items are of such a physical size that they can be shipped as a separate package. In connection with collective picking, it may be desirable to create a package for each individual item being picked.
By long-clicking on the registration button, picking will be performed and packages will be created at the same time according to the number of items being picked. The number of packages created is controlled by the Number of packages field on the product master data.
InStock can also be configured to start printing shipping labels automatically.
Pick - Package requirements for completion report
To help avoid forgetting packages when reporting the completion of the picking list, a setting has been introduced that can provide a message if a package has not been created. The message can be set up as a warning that can be ignored, or as a stopping error message.
Pick - Assigning a pick list to another user
A new setting has been introduced where you can control whether a pick list can be assigned to another user or not.
Pick - Multiple order selection
Previously, there was a setting that controlled whether you were allowed to select multiple orders when creating a new pick list. This setting has been changed so that instead of blocking creation, you receive a warning if you select multiple.
Pick - Search for picking lists
In the picking list overview, you can scan an item, picking list, order number, package ID or SSCC to find the relevant picking list(s). A possibility has now been introduced so that you can also search manually by entering the relevant value.
Press the magnifying glass at the top.
Pick - Color display of status per order and shipment
Now picking status is also displayed with colors per order and shipment on the picking list.
White: Picking not started
Yellow: Picking started
Green: Finished picking
Expanded search options in the portal
The Picklists feature in the portal has been expanded with the ability to search on multiple columns. In addition, you can configure which columns should be visible and their order. See Select table layout in the menu.
Integration warehouse elevators
Integration with warehouse elevators has been expanded. Warehouse elevators can now be controlled from the counting list in addition to the picking list. You can also drive out a shelf from View inventory.
OCR scanning of batch per commodity
OCR scanning of batch numbers has been expanded with the ability to differentiate valid batch structure per item number. A regex expression can now be defined per item. If nothing is specified on the item, general regex expressions are still used.
